WINEMAKING The grapes are picked by hand before they are fully ripe. After gentle crushing-destemming, the must ferments at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. In spring, the second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks while the wine remains on its yeasts for at least six months to age fully.
COLOUR Straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, a fine and persistent perlage.
AROMA Fresh, crisp with floral and green apple notes.
TASTE Lively, well-balanced, elegant.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 6–8°C
FOOD MATCHING Excellent as an aperitif, also good with starters and seafood.
