Tower Hill is the hill to the northwest of the Tower of London where “guests” were imprisoned, sentenced to the death and executed. There are numerous historical and legends that bind this Gin to the dark hill, the British distiller. The Gin Tower Hill pays tribute to those stories, made of taverns and inns, of intrigues and plots, all steeped in the rough aromatic distillate. Tower Hill is just like them: robust and spicy, sharp and decisive.
