Description

The wine has a pale straw colour. The aroma has appealing white peach, nectarine aromas. Judicious use of oak imparts the wine with toasty notes and toffee/caramel aromas. The stone fruit flavours follow through to the palate with nice depth. The wine is enhanced with creamy texture as well as subtle nutty flavours from maturation on yeast lees. The robust flavours are tempered with refreshing acidity and the wine finishes with sweet oak characters.
