At 50% (100 proof) this is the strongest of the rhum collection. The flavors have been smoothed out to give this rhum less ‘burn’ sensation that is often associated with Agricole rhums.

Limited to 23,000 bottles per year around the world, Cool is a flexible base for good quality ingredient cocktails and its punch, which is our perfect serve.

The flavor’s are light – hints of citrus with a taste of vegetation and damp earthy flavor’s.

R. St Barth Blanc is slightly oily on the palate so the flavors linger for a little longer.

Cool is rested in stainless steel vats for 12 months before being bottled.
