Description

Peroni Gran Riserva Puro Malto is characterised by a delicate aroma with prevalence of malt and fine aroma hop notes. The double decoction process with low-temperature mixture gives distinctive notes of roasted cereal and spices. The strong presence of bitterness offsets the sweetness of the malt, creating a very high quality product that is uniquely flavoured yet easy to drink.

It is ideal to enhance the flavour of pasta, risotto, white meats and fish.

The taste has been recognised as excellent by three prestigious international juries.
