O’live GIN is a fully distilled gin. This means that each botanical ingredient, including the dehydrated olives and juniper berries, is distilled separately. The different distillates are then combined in exactly the right amounts to create the unique O’live taste. No additives or extracts are used during the creation of this very special gin.
