Loose Leaf Cabernet Sauvignon was created using intense and juicy grapes sourced from the revered Margaret River region. The fruit was crushed, fermented, drained daily, and matured in barrels. This resulted in a medium to deep red hued wine showing a pale purple haze. The scintillating bouquet exhibits scents of black and red berries, mint, cassis, and toasty cedar oak. Undertones of bay leaf, violet and damp earth follow close behind.

The medium bodied and complex palate contains soft and velvety tannins. Flavours of blackberry, bay leaf, cedar oak, cocoa and damp earth burst through, to finally culminate in a lingering and pleasing climax. This magnificent red varietal is a great match to slow cooked venison in red wine sauce.
