Description

Bright straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a pale straw hue. Lifted aromas of red apples and ripe lime are laced with honeysuckle followed by light quince end notes. Medium dry the palate has rounded flavours of lime, red apples, honeysuckle and quince with a burst of citrusy mineral on the off finish providing the freshness. Balanced crisp acidity with an aftertaste of red apples, lime, honeysuckle, quince and mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
