SPARKLING MOSCATO WHITE WINE

Color: This is a modern and original sparkling wine of hay-yellow colour.

Nose: Muscatel aroma, floral perfumes and varietal notes (of rose petals
and exotic tropical fruits such as passion fruit and lychee).

Mouth: It’s festive and jovial entering the mouth, offering a delicate bubble that freshens and enhances its sweetness, and its low alcohol content make it very easy to drink.

The perfect service temperature for this wine ranges between 6oC and 8oC. It’s delicious on its own but also served as an aperitif, with desserts and it is just the perfect pairing for fruits and light and fresh cheese. Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines all work really well with this wine, that also is a perfect choice to balance out the spiciness of many dishes, due to its sweetness.

It´s delicious with chicken, fish and shellfish.
