Using local Shiraz grapes harvested early especially for producing this light and zippy Rose. The fruit was crushed with only the free run juice drained from our screw press going to this wine in order to obtain the lovely and light rosé colour and delicate flavours.

Pale salmon in colour with bronze hues. An aromatic bouquet with rose petal and strawberry cream confectionery notes. A lovely delicate palate with cranberry and pomegranate fruit leading the way. Slightly green strawberry notes present with a crisp dry finish.

This wine is best enjoyed with Fresh sushi or seafood.
