The Armagnac St. Michel is obtained from a selection of grape varieties, a distillation and aging in oak barrels (minimum 3 years) suitable for producing the best brandies sought after by consumers for their simplicity and their finesse.

Bouquet: Alcohol still present but melted well in Armagnac body.

Taste: the primary aromas are replaced by a floral aftertaste; appear flavors of plum and violet.
