Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you would like a refund or exchange, you may visit our Warehouse Boutique in Airport West where our team will be able to assist you. If visiting our Warehouse Boutique is not convenient for you, then please contact our team as soon as possible on (03) 8354 7194 or email us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
In the event that your product must be returned, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by our staff.
If in the event that you change your mind on a purchased good, then please call (03) 8354 7194. All ‘change of mind’ returns must be in their original condition and packaging. For exchange or return of a delivered product, additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense.
If in the event that Australian Liquor Suppliers is at fault, then delivery charges will be reimbursed. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Australian Liquor Suppliers has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
Any exchange or refunds must be within 5 days of purchase date unless of course when ‘Australian Liquor Suppliers is at fault under the terms mentioned above. Any exchange or refunds exceeding this time period will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging. When choosing your delivery fee via Transdirect, you are agreeing to their terms and conditions.
