Medium bodied the palate possesses excellent richness in conjunction with a meaty feel and a savoury elegance. Generous liquorice and ripe blackberry flavours fill the mouth interspersed with blackpepper infusions over toasty oak and spicy dried meats. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of blackpepper, dried meats, liquorice, blackberry and spicy toasty oak.
